“What do we do with it?” is a question we ask ourselves all too often. A salesman has made a mistake, a manufacturer discontinues a door, production assembles the wrong product – all these scenarios leave us with great products and no place to put them. We were also faced with increasing demand for products at substantially reduced prices and so we created the Clearance Center at the front of our warehouse.

Need an entry door? New door for your rental property? Are you a do-it-yourself-er and need a new patio door? Many of these items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Clearance Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. It’s located at our downtown warehouse 1525 W 31st Street.
